Luxury villa Dubrovnik Frida covers an area of 390 m2 of living area of luxury architecture and 500 m2 with a beautiful panoramic sea view.

Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Frida has in total 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and a second floor.

Arriving at the property of the Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Frida you enter a private parking lot where parking is provided for all vehicles. In just a few steps you will reach the main entrance to the Villa Frida, which is decorated with high doors. Entering the villa you enter the 2nd floor of the Villa where there are 4 luxury rooms. Each room is comfortable, luxuriously furnished and equipped with satellite TV, king size bed and bathroom with shower. The rooms have large glass walls that offer panoramic views of the sea and islands.

The stairs lead down to the first floor of the villa, the central floor of Villa Dubrovnik Frida, which houses a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining table for 10 people and a spacious, comfortable part of the living room equipped with sofas and armchairs. On this first floor there is also a fifth fully equipped bedroom with king size bed, TV and seating area. From this central part, through the glass cliffs, you walk out onto a spacious terrace with a Dalmatian grill, a set for dining and relaxing, and enjoying beautiful views of the sea, sunrises and sunsets.

From the central floor – first part of the floor you can also take the stairs to the ground floor of the villa which is fully equipped for relaxation. There is a bar, a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi, a bathroom and in just a few steps the sea terrace with a large infinity pool and sun loungers. Right here you will find peaceful moments of enjoying the warmth of the sun and refreshment in the large infinity pool.

Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Frida is fully air-conditioned. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, blender and toaster. The villa is equipped with WI-FI wireless internet throughout the property, underfloor heating in bathrooms, satellite TVs, Finnish sauna, infinity pool, jacuzzi, summer kitchen, deck chairs, barbecue, outdoor dining room. The Villa provides a parking space for each guest on its property.

Covid testing in the villa

We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by an e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests and takes it for the testing. The test result is available within 24 – 48 hours, depending on the client’s needs and delivered to the client by email.

Covid cleaning protocol

The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday.

The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows:

•Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa

•The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa

•Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries

•Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C

•The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces

•The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents

•Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds

•After putting the clean bed linens, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected and the completely cleaned villa is ready for new guests

•Cleaning agents that are used are containing some of the following active substances: Sodium hypochlorite (0.05 – 0.5%), Ethanol (70%), Glutaraldehyde (2%), Isopropanol (50%), Benzalkonium chloride (0.05%), Sodium chlorite (0.23%).
