The luxurious Villa Stone Garden with its outdoor private pool is the perfect blend of tradition and comfort. It is located in Imotica, 60 km from Dubrovnik and 10 km from the sea and beach.
Luxury Villa Stone Garden is spread over a plot of 1500 m2 with a living area of 300 m2. It consists of ground floor and first floor and can accommodate 9 people.
The main stone driveway of the luxury villa Dubrovnik Stone Garden leads to the central part of the courtyard. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area. In addition to this space there is a table tennis for your rest and entertainment, while in front of the pool there is a swing for your little ones. The property also has a tavern with a winery and a fun corner consisting of billiards, table tennis and table football.
Through the main door of the villa we come through the door on the right to the dining table for 6 people. Next to the dining room there is a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, LCD TV and a library. On this floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed that share a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is also an additional toilet and laundry room which includes a washing machine.
On the first floor there are the remaining three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has wireless internet, sauna and parking for its guests.
