A decidedly bold and stylish residence, this beautiful resort in Orasac delivers with both flair and convenience. The Resort E&F is located 1 km from the beach, 15 km from Dubrovnik and 34 from the airport.
The Resort E&F covers 780 m2 of residential area, and has in total 9 bedrooms, and 2 additional guest’s toilets. The resort is ideal for group of 18 persons.
The Resort E&F consists of two villas (Villa Elena and Villa Frida) and they both have 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and a second floor.
Entering through the main doors we reach four double bedrooms on the second floor. Each of the rooms are air-conditioned, have a king size bed, en suite bathroom, and have an amazing view while on of the bedrooms also has a private balcony.
First floor is connected with the second floor with indoor stairs that lead you to a central living area with a large comfortable sofa, dining area, modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your most desired meals. On this floor there are also two additional guest’s toilets.
On the ground floor Villa Elena has also another bedroom with twin beds that also has a direct exit to the terrace while Villa Frida doesn’t. The living area on the ground level leads to the spacious terrace with lounge and dining area, and a swimming pool. The most remarkable part of this beautiful villa is the stunning heated infinity swimming pool, ideal for deal for having those magical moments while looking out at a panoramic view of the surroundings. Here on the ground floor you will also find a Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi where you can relax and reduce your stress.
Resort E&F is air-conditioned, has WIFI, Floor heating in bathrooms, SAT TV, Finnish sauna, heated infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, table football, summer kitchen, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, free parking.
Covid testing in the villa
We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by an e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests and takes it for the testing. The test result is available within 24 – 48 hours, depending on the client’s needs and delivered to the client by email.
Covid cleaning protocol
The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday.
The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows:
•Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa
•The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa
•Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries
•Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C
•The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces
•The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents
•Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds
•After putting the clean bed linens, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected and the completely cleaned villa is ready for new guests
•Cleaning agents that are used are containing some of the following active substances: Sodium hypochlorite (0.05 – 0.5%), Ethanol (70%), Glutaraldehyde (2%), Isopropanol (50%), Benzalkonium chloride (0.05%), Sodium chlorite (0.23%).
