Luxury Villa Rogoznica Sea Side spreads across 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor and it has 2 large cascading terraces. It has four bedrooms and is suitable for accommodation of 8 + 2 people.
Sunny terrace facing the sea with an outdoor shower and heated swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs is central part of the villa.
The large glass sliding doors connect the terrace to the interior part of the first floor of the villa, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, modernly decorated living room, guest toilet and laundry. The living room offers a fold up cot for two people.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom is a master room with a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a twin bed and shares a bathroom with shower, with the third bedroom that consists of two single beds. Each room has its own terrace with wonderful views of Adriatic Sea.
From central part of the first floor, stairs lead down to the ground floor and it is comprised of one more bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has an direct access to the terrace. The ground floor of Villa Rogoznica Sea Side has a additional kitchen with a table that can be converted into a billiard table. The terrace on the ground floor extends down to the sea and it is equipped with sitting furniture and loungers.
