Luxury Villa Yellow Pharos has 4 rooms, 8 beds, 4 bathrooms and is suitable for accommodation for 8 people.
Villa Red Pharos has a spacious garden plot of 500 m2. It consists of a perfectly maintained lawn and numerous plants. This area features a beautiful, stone paved plateau and with one summer gazebo equipped with comfortable garden furniture. In the garden of the Villa, there is also an outdoor barbecue, a necessity for enjoying grilled Dalmatian specialties. The central position in the yard belongs to a beautiful pool that extends over an area of 24 m2 and is filled with fresh water.
On the ground floorthere is modernly equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with access to the courtyard and a dining area. In this part of the villa, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom is the only room with ensuite bathroom equipped with bathtub instead of shower. It is also the only bedroom that has access to a beautiful, large terrace.
The ground floor and the first floor are connected by internal and external staircases.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. Parking space is also provided.
