Luxury Villa Adriatic with pool is situated in the old center of Mirca on the island of Brač, only 50 m from the center and 800 m from the sea.
The exterior area of Villa Adriatic contains a garden, sun deck, pool with hydro massage and summer hacienda (the surface of 130 m2). There are 2 floors in the villa: the ground floor and the first floor. It is suitable accommodation for 6-8 people.
In the courtyard of Villa Adriatic next to the pool is dining furniture and stone barbeque. There is also a small bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
On the ground floor of Villa,you will discover a living area with sitting furniture and sofa, which can be turned into an extra bed for 2 children. Here, you will also find a fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, guest toilet and bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom.
A massive wooden staircase connects the living room area with the first floor,where two modern bedrooms with shared bathroom are situated. One room has a double bed and the second room is furnished with 2 twin beds that can be turned into one large double bed.
Villa Adriatic isfully air conditioned and equipped with in-floor heating. The villa has Internet access and parking place.
