Villa Sea Garden is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, located in the first row to the sea (5 m from the sea), in the centre of the picturesque settlement- Sumartin on the island of Brač. Ideal location for spending the perfect summer vacation on one of the most famous islands in Croatia.
The whole area of the Villa Sea Garden with pool near the sea covers 500m², while the villa itself extends over 100m². The villa consists three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor and it can accommodate 6+2 people.
Villa Sea Garden consists of a spacious outdoor area (500 m2) with swimming pool area with a stone plateau, equipped with numerous deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Guests also have at their disposal a barbecue and a table for 8 people.
On the ground floor area of Villa Sea Garden, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a very attractive counter that can be used as a working surface, dining room and comfortable living room. Here you can also find a large bathroom with a tub.
The first floor serves as „sleeping zone” which consists of two bedrooms and a toilet. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other is with two single beds. Both bedrooms are spacious and furnished with subtle elegance.
On the second floor of Villa Sea Garden, there is a master bedroom with a large double bed, relaxing seating furniture and a private bathroom with a tub. Due to the many large windows, this area is always full of light and it has an amazing view of the crystal clean sea.
Villa Sea Garden with pool near the sea is fully air-conditioned, has WIFI, a SAT TV, Hi-Fi, and free parking in front of the villa.
