The heart of the property is the private heated swimming pool (approx. 4 x 10 m), surrounded by a spacious 100 m² sun deck with loungers and umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for evening relaxation by the sea.
A covered terrace with dining area and a traditional Dalmatian fireplace & grill invite long outdoor dinners with family and friends. The 1000 m² beachfront plot also includes a children’s playground, making the villa especially suitable for family holidays.
