Luxury Villa Murano is a new luxury villa located on the seashore of a quiet bay near Sumartin on the island of Brac.
Luxury Villa Murano with its 550 m2 residential area spreads on 1000 m2 property over three floors: the ground floor, first and second floor. The villa is suitable accommodation for 12 people.
On the ground floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and chairs for 12 people, and a central living room area with a comfortable sofa. On this floor, you will also find an area for relaxing, which includes a sauna, a toilet, a separate shower, and a billiard room.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a beautiful view of the crystal clear sea. There is also a walk-in wardrobe. Here you will also find two more bedrooms with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms with a shower, and private terraces overlooking the sea. There is also a small gym on the first floor of the villa.
On the second floor of the villa, there is another master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The second master bedroom also has a private terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there are two more bedrooms with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms with a shower, and private terraces overlooking the sea.
Also, an interesting part of the Villa is a large heated infinity swimming pool (11m * 3,5m) with deck chairs.
Luxury Villa Murano is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WI-FI. It also has an outdoor parking space for its guests.
