Holiday House Villa Mlini was built in the 16th century in Gothic-Renaissance style and it is situated by the sea in the small town of Mlini, just 8 km from the world famous town of Dubrovnik. The villa is located only 5 m from the sea and 200 m from the center of Mlini.
Holiday House Villa Mlini occupies a property of 1280 m2; where 180 m2; belong to the residence itself. The villa has three floors: the basement, the ground floor and the first floor. It is suitable accommodation for 8+2 people.
In the basement of Villa Mlini, there is a storage room and a room with a washing machine, ironing facilities, toilet and a garage (30 m2;).
The ground floor has 4 bedrooms furnished with double beds; one with two connected beds that can be separated. The two bedrooms can also provide an extra bed for a child. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a magnificent view of the sea.
On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living room furnished with antique furniture. From the living room, you enter the sun deck with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people are situated. There is also a large stone terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people.
In the property there is also a spacious exotic garden (over 1100 m2) with palms tree, lemon trees, cactus and numerous seasonal flowers.
