Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Queen with a swimming pool is located 90 m from the sea and 1.5 km from the center of the Old Town Dubrovnik.
Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Queen consists of 3 floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor, and it is suitable accommodation for 7 people.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room, a kitchen and dining room with a table and chairs, and a toilet for guests. A glass wall separates the kitchen and dining area from the living section, which makes every room an individual space within the villa. Next to the kitchen, there is a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are 2 rooms with large double beds and separate bathrooms. On the first floor, there is also a room with a modern and functional sofa that can be stretched out with a remote control and can be used as a bed. The room on the left side has a designer double bed, sitting set for resting and a large oval shaped window. In the central part of this floor, there is a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi. The room on the right side also has a designer double bed with a modernly equipped bathroom with a shower. From this room, there is an exit to the beautiful terrace with sitting furniture.
On the second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Queen, there is a master bedroom equipped with a double bed, including a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a large oval glass window with a sea view. On this floor, there is also a spacious living room and a terrace with a beautiful view to the open sea. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace with a swimming pool.
Luxury villa Dubrovnik Queen is completely air-conditioned, has WIFI, private swimming pool with a waterfall, jacuzzi, and 3 closed garage spaces.
Covid testing in the villa
We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by an e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests and takes it for the testing. The test result is available within 24 – 48 hours, depending on the client’s needs and delivered to the client by email.
Covid cleaning protocol
The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday.
The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows:
· Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa
· The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa
· Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries
· Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C
· The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces
· The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents
· Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds
· After putting the clean bed linens, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected and the completely cleaned villa is ready for new guests
· Cleaning agents that are used are containing some of the following active substances: Sodium hypochlorite (0.05 – 0.5%), Ethanol (70%), Glutaraldehyde (2%), Isopropanol (50%), Benzalkonium chloride (0.05%), Sodium chlorite (0.23%).
