The ground floor has a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, LCD TV, dining table for 6 people and a modern fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room and living room you can go to the terrace with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and nature around the villa. The terrace has a jacuzzi and a table. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double size beds and en site bathrooms with shower. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor is connected to the ground floor by external stairs. On the first floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island and two high chairs. In addition to the kitchen there is a dining table for 6 people and a living room with comfortable furniture, LCD TV. From the living room and the dining room you can go outside on the balcony that has a outdoor lounge furniture and a swivel chair. On the first floor there are the remaining two bedrooms with double size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower. There is an additional toilet on this floor.
