Villa Dubrovnik Garden with an outdoor pool is situated in Mlini Bay, 100 m away from the beach and a 10 minutes drive that separates it from the town of Dubrovnik.
Villa Dubrovnik Garden has 4 floors: ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic. The villa consists of 3 apartments: Brnistra Flower Apartment and Lavanda Flower Apartment, as well as the main apartment Maslina, and it is suitable accommodation for up to 12 people.
The most exciting part of this property is the stone fenced terrace with a 20 m2; pool and jacuzzi,equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs and close to the pool, there is an outside grill.
A few steps down is the ground floor of the villa with a covered terrace and from this terrace, there is an entrance to two studio apartments, Brnistra Flower Apartment and Lavanda Flower Apartment.
Each apartment is suitable for accommodating two people and each has its own entrance. Brnistra Flower Apartment consists of a modern room with a double bed, closet, TV and a bathroom with a tub. The apartment is also equipped with its own small kitchen with a dining table and chairs.
Lavanda Flower Apartment is designed similarly to the Brnistra Flower Apartment. It is a comfortable room with a double bed, closet, TV and a bathroom with a tub.
Just a few steps up from the ground floor terrace is the first floor of the villa. Here, you will find the main entrance to the beautiful Villa Dubrovnik Garden and the main entrance to the Apartment Maslina. This area consists of a dining room with a table and chairs for 10 people and a fully equipped, beautifully styled kitchen. Next to the dining room, there is a living room, and from it a glass wall door leads to the terrace.On this floor, there is also a guest toilet with a washing machine. The first floor, second floor and attic are connected with the internal stairs.
The second floor has two bedrooms, the master bedroom, with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a large terrace, and the second bedroom has two single beds, en suite bathroom with a tub and a pullout couch for 2 people.
In the attic of the villa,there is a third bedroom with a double bed. The attic also has a balcony and a modern bathroom with a shower and there is a separate toilet.
Villa Dubrovnik Garden is fully air-conditioned, has WIFI, 2 parking spaces.
Covid testing in the villa
We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by an e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests and takes it for the testing. The test result is available within 24 – 48 hours, depending on the client’s needs and delivered to the client by email.
Covid cleaning protocol
The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday.
The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows:
•Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa
•The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa
•Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries
•Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C
•The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces
•The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents
•Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds
•After putting the clean bed linens, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected and the completely cleaned villa is ready for new guests
•Cleaning agents that are used are containing some of the following active substances: Sodium hypochlorite (0.05 – 0.5%), Ethanol (70%), Glutaraldehyde (2%), Isopropanol (50%), Benzalkonium chloride (0.05%), Sodium chlorite (0.23%).
