Luxury Villa Magic is situated in small picturesque village of Sumartin on the island of Brač. Brač is one of the most famous island in Croatia known for its untouched nature and crystal clear sea with many magical bays. Luxury Villa Magic is located just few steps from the sea (50 m) and 200 m from the center of Sumartin.
Luxury villa Magic is located on a property with a total area of 45o m2 and the villa itself extends over two floors of 150 m2: ground floor and first floor and can accommodate 8 + 2 people. It also has a pool of 24 m2 with sundeck area, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, spices and palm trees for maximum privacy. Here you can also find an outdoor shower, a BBQ and pergola terrace with outdoor dining table.
On the ground floor area of Villa Magic, there is a fully equipped kitchen dining room and comfortable living room with LCDTV. Entire villa is equipped with furniture from the early 19th century Biedermeier style which will take you to the ancient world of our ancestors. Here you can also find a three of four bedrooms with king size bed and en suite bathrooms with bathtub. Two of three bedroom as south-oriented so they have lot of lights and offer an amazing view of Adriatic se. The third bedroom has a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor of Villa Magic, there is a master bedroom with a large king bed, an extendable sofa for two people, LCD TV and en suite bathroom with a tub. Also it has roof window that provides a lot of lights during the day, while during the night you can enjoy in amazing view of sky full of stars.
Luxury villa Magic with swimming pool near the sea is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo and DVD player. Guests have at their disposal a famous strategy board game – chess and table tennis. The villa also has parking for its guests.
