Luxury villa located in a quiet Dalmatian town Ražanj near Rogoznica in a gated complex of villas offers an enchanting blend of modern architecture and natural ambience with a unique view of one of the most beautiful sunsets that sets directly into the sea.
The 260 m2 luxury villa has accommodation capacity for eight people, and four fully furnished bedrooms with double beds are located on the top floor, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. It is possible to prepare a bed for two additional children. En suite bathrooms have a shower with a cabin, and offer a variety of accessories such as hair dryers, towels, soap, shampoo. Each bathroom is equipped with terrycloth robes and slippers.
The ground floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate bathroom and wellness room with sauna and jacuzzi where you can fully indulge in all the pleasures of wellness relaxation with a beautiful sunset view.
On the large terrace of 140 m2 (110 m2 made of teak) there is a heated infinity pool surrounded by eight deck chairs. In addition to the heating option, the 1.45 m deep and 10 m long pool also has a cooling option and includes a children’s pool. The location of the villa provides shade and sun throughout the day. In the fully fenced yard of the villa there is a parking lot with three parking spaces.
Near the villa is a pebble beach typical for a Dalmatian coast full of white stone. The enchanting seashore hides various specialties situated in the immediate vicinity of the villa. One such place is Dragon’s Eye (Zmajevo oko), a small Salt Lake located on the Gradina peninsula next to Marina Frapa. A little further is the hidden Blue Bay, perfect for idyllic afternoons in company with the closest ones.
Although located in an isolated position that ensures complete privacy and peace, not far away from the villa can be found variety of facilities such as bars, restaurants, shops, and the like. In the somewhat more remote maritime town of Primošten, you will also find a variety of content such as night clubs, cultural events or content for active holidays. The diverse range of sports activities includes water sports such as sailing, diving or swimming. You can also enjoy other types of activities such as cycling or a simple walk in nature.
For all those who prefer sightseeing and exploring cultural and historical monuments, a little further away are situated historical cities, Šibenik and Primošten in the north and Split, Trogir, Omiš and Makarska in the south. The Dalmatian coast is full of historical monuments from the Illyrian, Roman or medieval period, many of which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. For example, in Split is Diocletian’s Palace, one of the most important ancient buildings not only in Croatia but also in the world. In Šibenik you will find an extremely large number of Renaissance and Baroque buildings of exceptional architectural and historical importance, such as the Cathedral of St. Jakov or, for example, the fortress of St. Nicholas.
