Luxury Villa Gabriel is located on a fenced and fully furnished private property of 750 m2 and 275 m2 of living space that spreads over 3 floors: basement, ground floor and first floor.
Arriving at the property of the Villa in front of you opens a fully fenced and landscaped yard with a green lawn with natural grass and a children’s playground.
The central part of the property is provided for a beautiful large heated pool (35 m2) with a part for relaxation and sports massage equipped with massage bench and jets, spacious sun deck with comfortable loungers for enjoying the warm sun and parasol, outdoor shower with hot water and unavoidable summer covered kitchen with Dalmatian barbecue and outdoor gazebo with dining and living furniture.
