When choosing the ideal location, focus on:
- Proximity to the sea — probably the most important parameter for everyone who plans a vacation in warm countries. So a villa on the first coastline (10-15 meters from the sea) will be the best choice.
- Ease of access — how easy it is to get to the villa from the airport, and whether it will be convenient to go to the tourist attractions you want to visit.
- Infrastructure nearby. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants with local cuisine, public transport stops (for those who plan to use) – it’s good if all this is within walking distance.
If there is an equipped beach next to your villa, it is very convenient. Some 100 or 200 m, and you find yourself on a picturesque shore, without spending time and money on transport.
Amenities at the villa
A kitchen with all the necessary household appliances, a dining area with a large table, comfortable bathrooms, bedrooms with comfortable beds, an equipped yard, a private terrace where you can enjoy the view – all this should be in a comfortable villa by the sea.
The list of amenities also includes:
- private swimming pool on the premises;
- high-speed Wi-Fi;
- television with a package of satellite channels.
You can make your own list of what you need in the apartment. After all, every tourist has his own requirements. Refer to this list when looking for a villa: it will help you choose accommodation faster.
Villa area and number of rooms
Find out how many people the villa can accommodate and how many rooms it has. Most often, accommodations accommodate 6-10 tourists and are equipped not only with several bedrooms, but also with 2-3 bathrooms for greater convenience.
The optimal area of the apartment depends on how many people plan to live in it. If you are traveling as a couple or three, a compact one-story villa will suffice. If with friends and family (more than 5 people), pay attention to properties with at least 3 bedrooms and a living area of more than 100 square meters.
