Selection
Search for accommodation via the main search menu on our home page. When you find a suitable accommodation, click on the “check-in” and “check-out” dates. You currently have 1 or 2 active options:
- Request
- Book
If your desired accommodation is free in the period you want, which you can see in the calendar, you can go to the option “BOOK” when you have
booking form Enter your personal details as well as details of other travelers in the booking form. In this case, you can proceed to choosing a payment method (card or bank transfer).
If you want to pay by card, you can fill out the card form. The Agency receives information about the contribution instantly, and the Agency has the right to accept or reject the contribution in a timely manner within 24 hours of business days. As soon as your deposit is accepted, the agency will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the agency will email you a quote with all your booking details and bank transfer account details.
If you wish to book a selected accommodation using the “INQUIRY” option, or need any assistance or have any questions, inquiries and bookings of accommodation can be made by email, in writing through the option “REQUEST”. Our team will provide you with a quote shortly; offers, suggestions and necessary information.
Selection
After presenting the accommodation of your choice in the reservation form, enter the main reservation data (check-in and check-out date), and then in the reservation form you will see
price offer for the current period and number of persons. To continue the booking process, click BOOK or “REQUEST”. If the accommodation you selected has an active special offer, it will be indicated in the price.
Payment
To confirm the reservation, select a payment method and enter all the necessary data.
After receiving the paid deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation – the booking and notification of receipt of the paid deposit, as well as information about the reserved accommodation.
Once we receive the total amount, we will send you a receipt and voucher as proof of the total amount you have paid for the accommodation and/or other services.
